Happy Birthday Mike!

Today is my hunny bunny's birthday. He is better known to everyone else as Mike.

I want to wish Mike a very Happy Birthday. He is 57 today. He will say he is 32. But he is really 57.

So in celebration of his special day. I thought I would share with you some of my most favorite photos of him. Or of the two of us together.

Taken at the San Diego temple December 2009.

Mike is always wearing sun glasses.

This was a fun photo taken on our last vacation to Cave Creek Arizona. August 2009.

This is a typical shot of Mike while driving on vacation. Eating sunflower seeds.

Or pumpkin seeds.

I love this photo. I think it might be my favorite. I love Mike the best when he is in a silly mood. Don't you love his hair?

Las Vegas Jan 2009

These next photos are my favorites of the two of us on our Europe trip in 2003. In fact, it was exactly 7 years ago today that we were in London England.

The two of us in London. That is Big Ben in the background. I had jet lag so bad. We landed in London about 10am on 2/24/03. We couldn't check into our hotel until 2pm. So we had to walk around London for about 4 hours.

After London we went to Paris France. I didn't get many photos while in Paris (my biggest regret). Here is the three of us in front of the Eiffel Tower (Brandon went on the trip with us). Someone else took the photo, so it's not the best.

Mike & I in front of the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris.

Lucerne Switzerland

On the lake in Switzerland.

Throwing coins into the Trevi Fountain in Rome Italy.

Down in the catacombs in Rome.

Inside the Roman Coliseum. This was the one place Mike had wanted to see his entire life.

The Baptistry doors in Florence Italy

Gondola ride in Venice Italy. Everyone must do this!!!

Innsbruck Austria.

Shopping in Heidelburg Germany

Now some photos of some of our early vacations.
What we won't do for love. Las Vegas. Not sure of the year.

Had a bit of trouble in Bryce Canyon Utah. Seems we were always getting into trouble.

Mike & Jesse at Schlitterbahn in Texas. Eating like true men.

Mike pretending to moon a cactus in Arizona.

And now I will show you what I would buy Mike for his birthday if I had $1000 to spend.

We saw the original of the Nike Winged Victory statue in the Louvre in Paris. We have a couple of smaller versions. But he wants this big one for the back yard. Lucky for me, he isn't holding his breath. Or I'd be a widow. Maybe someday (if I win the lotto).

Happy Birthday Mike!!!! I love you!!!
