Three or More Tuesday-Lenox Bowls

This week I am participating in Three or More Tuesday hosted by Tam at The Gypsy's Corner. Be sure to visit her blog by clicking here & see how she fixed a broken bunny and find all the other wonderful participants for this week.

My hubby loves Lenox china. I think my hubby would have every piece of Lenox china made if given the chance & a wad of cash. And his favorite 3 Lenox pieces are the three bowls that sit on the buffet in our living room dining area. I love these Lenox pieces as well, but I'm not quite the Lenox fan that hubby is.

Here is where the bowls sit in their everyday life.

The bowl on the left is called The Lenox Nativity Bowl. It depicts the nativity (would you have ever guessed?). There are different scenes all around it.

Here are the three wise men riding on their camels (another 3):
The holy family:

Three Shepard's:

Here is the bottom of the Nativity Bowl. The Bowl is from 1991:

The bowl in the middle doesn't have a name on the bottom. Mike calls it the Four Seasons Bowl. It depicts a tree in all four seasons. This is my favorite bowl.

Summer:
Autumn:
Winter:

The last bowl (on the right) is called the Centennial Bowl. This is my hubby's favorite. It has different flowers all the way around. Sorry but I only took this one photo.

The bottom of the Centennial bowl. Did you notice that it is a limited edition?

One final look of the three Lenox bowls:

All the bowls were purchased on ebay. Hubby didn't want me telling you this. He is afraid that all of you will log onto ebay & buy up all the Lenox bowls and there won't be any left over for him. lol.

I hope that you enjoyed our Lenox bowls. Let me know which one is your favorite.

What do you have three or more of? Take your photos & join in on the fun next week at The Gypsy's Corner.

I have so many white dishes and serving pieces but no Lennox. It is beautiful and I like the one in the middle. I see someone has a canvas going. Who is the artist? From one genealogy researcher to another.

I think all the bowls are beautiful, it's hard to pick a favorite. But if I had to, it would be the 4 seasons bowl. I love Vivaldi's 4 seasons. Thanks for sharing your wonderful collection!

I think this is so neat that your husband enjoys collecting these! I can understand his hesitation to have his ebay secret compromised. My favorite is the tree bowl. It reminds me of the children's book "The Giving Tree".

Oh how I have enjoyed catching up w/ you blog Kim. Love your master bath wall...love it! And if I had known about the procrastinator project I would have taken your crown. ;o) Although I would not have been able to compose as witty a post about it...what fun reading your's was!

BTW My favorite Lenox bowl is the 4 seasons one.

I like all three, but as a nativity collector the nativity bowl is my favorite. I also have a collection of Lenox cream wares, which set the bedroom theme. I have vases (many were gifts from my mother), candlesticks and bowls.

Thanks for visiting my blog.
I may be crazy, but when I went back to Grits & G the Mr Linky was gone!
I keep trying, no luck! So I don't know who else is on the list.

Wow, hubby has a nice collection. He better be getting thse on ebay because Lenox is quite expensive in finer stores!!

I really like the four seasons bowl and would love to display the nativity bowl at Christmas.

Great collection & post!

Ok I will make a deal with your husband. If he sends me that middle bowl, I will NEVER EVER look for more Lenox on Ebay and he will have NO competition at all.
Deal?
No?
Well you can't blame a girl for trying.
I do love that center bowl --- it is just gorgeous. (Although if he wants to send me that one with the pink flowers, we still might be able to make a deal....)
